hello, my name is scott. i'm an architect by day and an amateur baker any other time that
i can fit it in. i do wish that baking was my real job if the pay wasn't worse than what i already make and i didn't have to get up at 3am to start my day. but i think baking is fun, therapeutic and it just makes me happy. so i started my own blog because i think it would also be fun and great way to see my progress as i bake along. hope you all enjoy reading it. wink.
